By utilizing our Payment Portal option your residents will be able to make online payments.
Our payment portal feature is a simple way for your residents to pay online with credit card or e-check. This service also enables one time, scheduled, and recurring payments to be made. Payments are posted to your Infor | AMSI Property Management System in real time as this service is fully integrated. Batch reporting and updated accounting reports are also available when utilizing this option.
CASH
By selecting UnityPayments for your properties payment collection needs you will be able to direct your tenants/residents to over 30,000 cash payment centers throughout the nation – including CVS & 7-Eleven. Your residents will have the option to pay their bills in cash at these locations and funds will be routed to your account within 72hrs.
LOCK BOX
UnityPayments offers our ‘Lock box’ feature, which enables the team to process paper checks and make the appropriate deposit into your properties account. Providing a ‘hands off’ approach to your check payment collection.
REMOTE CAPTURE/REMOTE DEPOSIT
This option allows your property manager to process checks at the property. After which the captured information is instantly uploaded to our system and enables us to generate an automatic fund deposit into your account.
PHONE PAYMENTS
Our team is standing by to answer all your tenants/resident telephone calls. Our call center is live and interactive, your residents will speak to the account representative that deals with their property and is fully versed in the specifics of that property. When calling our call center our representatives answer promptly and return messages, presenting a personalized approach to making phone payments- there is no waiting in an automated line. Telephone payments or inquiries are dealt with in a timely manner with a high level of customer service.
