QuickTask Property Management

Approve works in conjunction with eFinancials and ePO, and offers two different features. PO Approval and Invoice Authorization.

• PO Approval allows a supervisor the ability to receive notification of a Purchase Order ready to be approved , denied, or revised. The supervisor can review purchase order details including expense account MTD/YTD Actual and Budget amounts in graphical format.
• Invoice Authorization allows the user to authorize invoices for payment. This allows users to filter invoices for a specific vendor, or property or expense code.

Count works with in conjunction with the Inventory module, providers users with the ability to use their mobile device to record the physically counted values for inventory items (called "Warehouse items") at a Warehouse in the Inventory module.

Inquire, via the option, Unit Availability, provides the user with the ability to list units with the status Vacant Available and/or Notice Available for a property. It works in conjunction with eSite.

Inspect provides the ability to add Work Orders, Tasks, and upload images. It works together with eService. Inspect allows an end user like a Property Manager or Leasing Agent to submit work orders when doing a move out walkthrough with residents moving out. Primarily intended for the student housing tenants.

Manage provides two-fold functionality.

• It provides the user, who is usually an employee or technician, with the ability to manage Tasks assigned to him or her, including the ability to view images associated with the work order. The user can also view details of unassigned tasks and view images associated with those work orders.
• It can be used to manage work order for the property optionally filtered by building/unit and/or location. This option allows the user to add new work orders and edit existing work orders as well as assign tasks to employees or vendors. Manage works in conjunction with eService.

Prospect provides the user with a way to add or edit Guest Cards, User Defined Memos, and Free Form Memos. Prospect has been designed with simplicity in setup and ease of use as the primary focuses.

• Prospect does not support the Global Guest Card or copy Guest Card functionality, nor printing of Reports and Letters. For these functions, using eSite is required.
  
• Currently, Prospect is available for the iPad only, and is designed to be used in portrait orientation only.
• Users can work with Guest Cards for properties that they have access to.
  

Receive provides users with the ability to receive inventory, as you can do in the Inventory module with the menu item, Transactions-Inventory Receipts.

This feature is for direct receipt of Inventory Items. This version does not allow items to be received based on a PO.

Using Receive, QuickTask allows the user to directly receive (and optionally drop ship) Inventory Items for a Warehouse or multiple Warehouses from a single vendor.
